The Guidelines for the Implementation of the New Policy on Selection, Appointment and Management of Consultants under the purview of EACSB
New Guidelines are promulgated by DEVB via DEVB TC(W) No. 5/2018 to be read in conjunction with the EACSB Handbook.
EACSB Handbook
EACSB Handbook is issued by the Engineering & Associated Consultants Selection Board (EACSB) specifically for use with consultancy agreements which come within the jurisdiction of the Board. It provides guidance on matters relating to the selection and appointment of consultants, their terms and conditions of employment, and their management throughout an agreement.
This Handbook will be reviewed and updated annually to ensure continuing suitability and effectiveness.
