Brief Description of Project Scope:

Eastern Connection Road mainly covers -

(a) construction of a four-lane two-way carriageway of approximately 3km in length connecting the eastern part of the Loop to Kwu Tung North New Development Area;

(b) provision of associated works including civil, geotechnical, drainage, electrical and mechanical, landscaping and other ancillary works; and

(c) environmental mitigation measures and the environmental monitoring and audit programme for the works mentioned in paragraphs (a) to (b) above.
