Brief Description of Project Scope:

The scope of the works of the Project comprises:

(1) site formation for the columbarium development at Siu Ho Wan;

(2) widening and re-alignment of a section of the existing Sham Shui Kok Drive to provide pick-up/drop-off points and footpaths;

(3) provision of lay-bys and footpaths as pick-up/drop-off points at Sunny Bay Road and Cheung Tung Road;

(4) construction of drainage works for the site formation area and proposed roads, and sewerage works; and

(5) construction of ancillary works including waterworks, geotechnical and landscaping works.
