Brief Description of Project Scope:
The scope of works comprises –
- site formation works for about 2.84 hectares of land and construction of associated retaining walls and slopes;
- construction of a carriageway with a length of about 500 metres, footpaths, cycle track, lay-bys and associated retaining walls, connecting Nin Fung Road;
- road improvement works at Nin Fung Road with a length of about 500 metres;
- road improvement works at the roundabout at the junction of Sai Sha Road/Nin Fung Road/Nin Wah Road and at the junction of Sai Sha Road and Kam Ying Road; and
- ancillary works including drainage, sewerage, waterworks and landscaping works.
