The works mainly include design and construction of a photovoltaic (PV) system and carrying out of the associated electrical & mechanical works, civil works, geotechnical works, and landscaping works; and upgrading of the existing power supply plants and equipment as well as the protective measures for the existing explosives storage magazines. The works are scheduled to commence in August 2026 and will take about 15 months to complete.
