  1. Forming a new contaminated sediment disposal facility in the waters to the West of Lamma Island;
  2. Management of contaminated sediment disposal activities; and
  3. Implementing the Environmental Monitoring and Audit programme .
The works are scheduled to commence in August 2026 and will take about 60 months to complete.
