Tung Chung New Town Extension – Infrastructure Works at Tung Chung Valley, Yu Tung Road and Ma Wan Chung

Description :

The works mainly include:

  1. Construction of Road L22 and Road L24;

  2. Construction of 2 nos. sewage pumping stations (Ma Wan Chung and Tung Chung Valley (North));

  3. Construction of village sewerage at Ma Wan Chung, Wong Nai Uk and Ngau Au;

  4. Construction of Sustainable Urban Drainage System, stormwater attenuation & treatment ponds at Tung Chung Area 45E;

  5. Ancillary works including associated civil, geotechnical, drainage, sewerage, water supply, electrical and mechanical engineering and landscaping works; and

  6. Implementation of environmental mitigation measures for the works mentioned above.

The works commenced in October 2025 and would take about 43 months to complete.
