CEDD Awarded the Consultancy Agreement for Hung Shui Kiu/Ha Tsuen New Development Area Remaining Phase Development and Lau Fau Shan New Development Area Phase 1 Development – Design and Construction

The Civil Engineering and Development Department (CEDD) signed a consultancy agreement of HK$148.0 million on 13 August 2026 with Arup-AtkinsRéalis Joint Venture for Hung Shui Kiu/Ha Tsuen New Development Area Remaining Phase Development and Lau Fau Shan New Development Area Phase 1 Development – Design and Construction.
This consultancy agreement commenced on 10 August 2026 for completion in 2039.
