CEDD Signed Contract for Ground Investigation Works for Development of San Tin Technopole (Phase 2)

The Civil Engineering and Development Department signed a contract of about HK$ 27.5 million on 15 April 2026 with Tysan Foundation Limited for carrying out ground investigation works for development of San Tin Technopole (Phase 2).
The works mainly comprise ground investigation works including drillholes, trial pits, groundwater monitoring and associated in-situ and laboratory test.
The works commenced on 31 March 2026 and will take about 16 months to complete.
