CEDD Awarded the Consultancy Agreement for Site Formation and Infrastructure Works for Ngau Tam Mei New Development Area – Design and Construction

The Civil Engineering and Development Department signed a consultancy agreement of about HK$89.8 million on 15 September 2025 with AECOM-AIS Joint Venture for the Site Formation and Infrastructure Works for Ngau Tam Mei New Development Area – Design and Construction.

The consultancy agreement commenced on 12 September 2025 for completion in 2037.
