Brief Description of Project Scope:
The public housing development at Cha Kwo Ling Village will provide about 4,500 public housing units to accommodate about 12,600 people. The Civil Engineering and Development Department will carry out site formation and infrastructure works for the development including the construction of a carriageway cum footpaths to connect Ko Ling Road and Cha Kwo Ling Road, a pedestrian link, relevant road improvement works and slope works.
This project will involve land resumption and clearance. Regarding the proposed land resumption and clearance limit, please refer to the plans below.
