Brief Description of Project Scope:

The public housing development will be implemented in two phases providing about 2 340 public housing units to accommodate about 7 500 people.  The Civil Engineering and Development Department will carry out site formation and infrastructure works for Phase 2 of the development including associated slope improvement works, construction of an access road leading to the Phase 2 of the development via Victoria Road, and construction of a footbridge connecting the public housing development and Ka Wai Man Road to Victoria Road.
