The exhibition was the first slope safety exhibition held outside Hong Kong. It was well received by relevant officials of Sichuan Province, and attracted over 2,000 visitors.
The exhibition introduces the slope safety system and associated issues in Hong Kong, including [1] those serious landslide incidents happened in Hong Kong in the old days, which were being described in the book "When Hillsides Collapse", [2] the rolling Landslip Prevention and Mitigation Programme (LMPitP) and mitigations measures against landslides, and [3] the control of groundwater level system of Po Shan drainage tunnel.
