The Tseung Kwan O Cross Bay Link is the first multi-purpose sea-crossing flyover in Hong Kong, featuring dual-carriageways, cycle tracks, and footpath. With the commissioning of the Tseung Kwan O Cross Bay Link, the accessibility within the area has been significantly improved, enhancing the Tseung Kwan O transportation network and creating a new vision for Tseung Kwan O.
