Cross Bay Link, Tseung Kwan O – Main Bridge and Associated Works received Overall Best Award of “The Association of Consulting Engineers of Hong Kong Annual Award 2022”

The Civil Engineering and Development Department has been dedicated to promote and raise public awareness of the engineering industry, as well as enhancing the influence. The Tseung Kwan O Cross Bay Link - Main Bridge and Associated Works was honored with the "Overall Best Award 2022" from The Association of Consulting Engineers of Hong Kong, recognizing the achievements and contributions of this project to the development of Hong Kong. The Tseung Kwan O Cross Bay Link is an important transportation corridor linking the Tseung Kwan O and East Kowloon. The Cross Bay Link spanning approximately 1.8km across Tseung Kwan O Bay becomes the first multi-purpose sea-crossing flyover in Hong Kong, featuring dual-carriageways, cycle tracks, and footpath. With the commissioning of the Tseung Kwan O Cross Bay Link, the accessibility within the area has been significantly improved, enhancing the Tseung Kwan O transportation network and creating a new vision for Tseung Kwan O.
