The Civil Engineering and Development Department is committed to integrating innovative technologies into engineering projects. Through development of Digital Twin Framework and Standardisation Guideline in collaboration with the consultant, New Development Area projects can more effectively create digital twins with real-time data updates, spatial analytics, and scenario modelling capacities. This provides support for building smarter, greener, and more resilient city development throughout project life cycles.
