Tseung Kwan O Fill Bank – Visits by Sai Kung District Council Members and Local Residents

The Sai Kung District Council and Hong Kong Dumper Truck Drivers Association co-organised a community promotion activity.  Participants including Sai Kung District Council members and residents visited the Tseung Kwan O Area 137 Fill Bank.  Colleagues from the Fill Management Division briefed the visitors about the management strategy of public fill and the operation of the fill bank.
