Lift and Pedestrian Walkway System between Pik Wan Road and Lei Yue Mun Road, Yau Tong

The Civil Engineering and Development Department signed a contract of about HK$395 million on 6 February 2024 with CW – KL JV for construction of lift and pedestrian walkway system between Pik Wan Road and Lei Yue Mun Road, Yau Tong.
The works mainly comprise construction of three lift towers, three footbridges and a footpath connecting Pik Wan Road, Ko Chiu Road and Lei Yue Mun Road; and associated civil works, geotechnical works, electrical and mechanical works, road works, drainage works and landscaping works.
The works commenced on 25 January 2024 for completion in 2027.
