The Civil Engineering and Development Department signed a consultancy agreement of HK$16.38 million on 17 November 2023 with WSP (Asia) Limited for the investigation, design and construction for Site Formation and Infrastructure Works for Proposed Public Housing Development to the West of Ex-Fo Tan Cottage Area, Fo Tan.
The consultancy agreement commenced on 17 November 2023 for completion in 2031.
