Civil Engineering and Development Department signed a consultancy agreement of about HK$185.2 million on 14 November 2023 with AECOM Binnies (TKO137) Joint Venture for the Development of Tseung Kwan O Area 137 and Associated Reclamation Sites – Investigation, Design and Construction.
The consultancy agreement commenced on 14 November 2023 for completion in 2037.
