Long Harbour and Sai Kung in the northeastern New Territories.

Stratigraphy: Cretaceous volcanic rocks with an age of approximately 142.8 ± 0.2 to 142.7 ± 0.2 million years before present.

Distribution: The Long Harbour Formation crops out in Long Harbour and Sai Kung in the northeastern New Territories.

Lithology: Coarse ash crystal tuff with distinctive pink alkali feldspar crystals.
