The scope of works of the Contract comprises mainly:
(i) operation of Public Fill Reception Facilities including the Tseung Kwan O Area 137 Fill Bank, the Tuen Mun Area 38 Fill Bank, the Chai Wan Public Fill Barging Point and the Mui Wo Temporary Public Fill Reception Facility; and
(ii) delivery of Public Fill to the designated reclamation sites in the Mainland.
The works are scheduled to commence in November 2009 and will take about 38 months to complete.
