The works mainly comprise ground investigation and laboratory testing on soil and rock samples obtained from the ground investigation works for some 18 government slopes and retaining walls, and some 25 natural hillside catchments in the New Territories. The works are scheduled to commence in May 2024 and will take about 30 months to complete.
