Interested consultants may obtain the EIP in the context of Works Bureau Technical Circular (WBTC) No. 17/2001 for the consultancy at the following address during office hour (i.e. 9:30 am to 12:30 pm and 1:30 pm to 5:30 pm from Monday to Friday, except public holidays).
