within 1 to 2 years after completion of the GMP.
Medium-term Plan

covering greening works which
have to be implemented in association with certain known
future development proposals, such as the Sun Yat Sen Memorial
Park Improvement Works, Wan Chai Development Phase II and
pedestrianization schemes, the completion dates of which
are beyond the timeframe of the Short-term Plan;
require substantial alteration to existing infrastructure;
and
require the participation of private parties such as
greening of rooftops of private buildings.
Long-term Plan
-
covering visionary proposals which have substantial implications
on planning and land administration policies and require further
deliberation.
