Medium-term Plan

covering greening works which
have to be implemented in association with certain known
future development proposals, such as the redevelopment
projects at Tai Kok Tsui by the Urban Renewal Authority,
the completion dates of which are beyond the timeframe of
the Short-term Plan;
require substantial alteration to existing infrastructure;
and
require the participation of private parties such as
Kowloon Station Development project.
Long-term Plan
-
covering visionary proposals which have substantial implications
on planning and land administration policies and require further
deliberation.
