Notes:

Short-term Plan - covering greening works which are feasible for implementation within 1 to 2 years after completion of the GMP.
Medium-term Plan -

covering greening works which

  1. have to be implemented in association with certain known future development proposals;
  2. require substantial alteration to existing infrastructure; and
  3. require the participation of private parties such as greening of rooftops of private buildings.
Long-term Plan - covering visionary proposals which have substantial implications on planning and land administration policies and require further deliberation.
