With effect from 1 July 2006:
1. New opening hours of all general offices of
the Civil Engineering and Development Department are: 8:30
am to 5:45 pm (with an one-hour lunch break) from Mondays to Fridays.
2. New service hours of the following public services

- Endorsement of an import or export licence for explosives
b) All public
fill reception facilities
c) All construction
wastes sorting facilities
d) The Slope Information
System (SIS) Terminals
